This is a perfect day for me - no excess snacks, and I feel GREAT. I usually feel a little sluggish this time of the day, but I feel really good. And it's been a busy day! Lots of baking for the carnival tomorrow, grilled out a ton of meat, ran errands, picked up kids, and had a nice short swing session this morning. I couldn't ask for a more perfect day, in every way.
